Accounting Assistant, Carmona in Carmona, Calabarzon

• Responsible for recording collections, keeping records, overseeing transfers, and engaging in other activities related to monitoring the supply and movement of cash.
• Work with accounting and operation department to keep accurate and detailed financial records.
• Accountable for the handling of collections, ensuring their safety and providing approval of funds when required.
• Deposit collections in their respective bank account and update to monitor the balances.
• Keep track of deposits and collections ex. check deposit that is cleared for issuance of Official receipt, PDC’s for deposit and deposits made by clients.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly collection report to Operation and Accounting Department.
• In-charge of petty cash which includes monitoring of fund, replenishment & cash advances.
• Audit and reconcile collections of parking tickets, bus tickets and pay restroom tickets.
• In-charge of check preparation, scheduling and timely disbursement of payment for smooth operations and supplier relationships.
• Manage relationship benefit with banks from proactive communication.
• Preparation of weekly Cash Position Report
